SICILY. Unlocated Punic mints. Circa 300-275 BC. AE (Bronze, 17 mm, 2.50 g, 1 h). Male head to left, flanked by grain ears. Rev. Horse galloping to right. CNS III, 22. HGC 2, 1676. SNG Copenhagen (North Africa) 120-123. Edge cracks and with heavy brush marks, otherwise, about very fine.

From the collection of the renowned Swiss architect Max Vogt (1925-2019), privately acquired from Schweizerische Kreditanstalt Monetarium on 8 October 1990.
